Wills and Estates

Unfortunately death isĀ notĀ optional.

In order to determine how your estate will be distributed, who will be the guardians of your infant children, and who will take care of your estate on your death, everyone should have a current Will.

Estate planning also includes Power of Attorney and perhaps a Representation Agreement in the event you become unable to handle your affairs.

If you need help with your Will or Estate matters please contact Nancy Fish or Wes Forgione.
